The Dynamic Clamp is the latest addition to the family.
-Made out of aircraft aluminum protected by red anodized plating
-Self adjusting with no additional support needed from .001" to 1.2” tall
-Based on 1/4-20, M6 bolts Part# SPT-012, other sizes 5/16-18, M8 Part# SPT-013
-The aluminum will protect the endmill if unplanned contact occurs
-Low profile for maximum tool holder clearance
-Swivel cam action allows straight down clamping force with multiple positions on a sub plate
-3/16" Cam distance will allow you to move clamp horizontally to 3/4" back and forth on the sub tooling plate
-Recommended clamping torque:
1/4-20, M6 bolts is 50 Inch/Pounds = 500 - 800 lbs clamping force depending on the bolt position
5/16-18, M8 bolt is 100 Inch/Pounds = 750-1200 lbs clamping force depending on the bolt position
